Claude Vision suggests a name, category, brand, model and an estimated value, with a confidence score. Upload a photo on the new-item form and the suggestion fills the fields in place.
Home inventory · Private preview
Most inventories never get written because nobody wants to type them. Knowmine starts the record for you from a photo, a barcode or a receipt. You check the details, save the item, and find it again by room, category or tag.
Capture
Each one gives you a head start, never a finished entry. You decide what is right and press save.

Point the camera at a UPC or EAN code, or type it in. Knowmine looks the product up in the Open Food Facts database.
Photograph a receipt and get the store, date and each line item with its price, ready to turn into items one by one.
Features
For homeowners, renters and collectors who want a list ready before a move, a warranty question or an insurance claim.
Nest locations as House › Room › Shelf, give each an icon, and see the items stored in every one.
Hierarchical categories for what a thing is, and free-form tags for everything that cuts across, each with its own management page.
Record what you paid, what it is worth now and when the warranty ends. The inventory adds up the total for you.
Keep several photos for an item and choose the primary one. Photos are only served to the account that owns them.
Search by name, filter by category and location, and switch between a grid and a list.
Export your records as CSV. JSON and a ZIP with photos are built in, reserved for a plan tier that is not on sale yet.
Good to know
Knowmine does not verify prices, ownership or insurance value. AI estimates are a starting point.
“Add to inventory” from the scan page opens an empty form; it does not carry the suggestion over yet. A photo used for a suggestion is not attached to the saved item.
Items and photos are tied to your session. Household sharing is not built, and owner checks on category, location and tag references are still being completed.
A ZIP export skips photo files that are missing on disk without failing. Open the archive before relying on it.
